HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND POLICY

Vaccination Requirements

 

All persons entering the Facility including, but not limited to, audience, vendors, crew, performers, and staff who are ages 12 and older must be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 with an FDA or WHO authorized or approved vaccine. “Fully Vaccinated” means the date of entry to the Facility must be at least 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or at least 14 days after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine. Entry will be denied to those who are not Fully Vaccinated.

 

Mask Requirements

 

All persons must wear a face mask when inside the venue. Food & beverage are not permitted in John Hancock Hall. The mask requirement shall not apply to performers, while performing, provided that they are at least six feet away from any customers. Unless otherwise noted, children under age two, including babies in arms, are not allowed in the theater. All people over age two are to wear a mask or face covering.

 

During private events when food and beverage are permitted, masks will not be required while actively eating or drinking in designated areas. Single-use disposable masks and cloth masks with at least two layers of tightly woven breathable fabric are acceptable. Gaiters, scarves, and bandanas are not acceptable face coverings. Masks must cover the nose and mouth and be secured under the chin.

 

The number of people allowed in backstage areas shall be limited to prevent crowding and allow for safe distancing. Facility will maintain a no re-admittance policy as part of our safety protocols.

 

Any person who does not comply with any health protocol on-site at the venue may be requiredto leave the facility.
